US President Joe Biden has threatened Russian President Vladimir Putin over Ukraine. Biden said Russia would pay a “terrible price” and face economic consequences if it attacked Ukraine.

Before warning Putin, Biden had a telephone conversation with him last week. Biden said he had spoken clearly to Putin about Russia’s position which would change “significantly” in the event of an attack on Ukraine.

On Saturday (11/12), the Foreign Ministers from the G7 Group sent a similar message to Russia after the meeting in Liverpool. They also warned of dire consequences for any Russian attack and urged Russia to renegotiate the issue.
